Trusts

Parents or grandparents may want to include trusts in their Wills which prevent a person they want to benefit becoming entitled to assets outright, for example until they attain a specified age, or only have the benefit of assets during their lifetime.  We can advise on the structure of the trusts and also whether there may be any ongoing inheritance tax charges.

"I have dealt with a number of solicitors, none of whom has ever come up to your standard of service, clarity and lucidity"

Trusts in these terms can be set up during your lifetime for exactly the same reasons.  They may also offer tax planning opportunities.
