Mark and Nicki act on behalf of individuals whose relationships with their partners, whether within or outside marriage, have hit troubled waters 

The following list is not exhaustive but indicates the varied circumstances in which we can offer advice and take action to protect you:

• Representation in divorce proceedings, at the end of which the marriage is dissolved by a Decree Absolute
• Negotiation, collaboration and, if necessary, litigation in deciding such fundamental matters as should the house be sold, who should get the proceeds of sale, how should investments be apportioned, should pensions be shared, valuation of the family business etc
• Arrangements and financial provision for children
• The preparation of cohabitation, pre-nuptial or separation agreements.  The purpose of such agreements is to try and decide in advance what should happen if things go wrong - not very romantic but increasingly common in this uncertain world
• Protection for victims of domestic abuse
