Experience and Expertise

Mark Hepworth qualified as a solicitor in 1980 and since 2007 has been Senior Partner of Denison Till.  Nicki Mitchell qualified in 1994 and in 2005 became the founding Chair of the York Collaborative Law Group. 

Both have immense experience in all aspects of matrimonial law.  Both have been members of Resolution since its formation and both have been accredited by Resolution as Family Law Specialists. 

Mark's specialisms are cohabitation and Court advocacy in financial proceedings. Nicki's specialisms are in financial provision and domestic abuse.
