Here are some examples of work we have undertaken recently, which demonstrates the wide range of experience and expertise from our Dispute Resolution department.

• Acting in a shareholder disputes with a value in excess of £100,000 involving valuation of minority shareholding.
• Representing a number of Claimants in professional negligence claims against Solicitors predominantly arising out of property transactions ranging from £50,000 - £400,000
• Advising trustees and beneficiaries in respect of breach of trust claims, dispute Wills and issues involving mental capacity.
• Acting in the defence of an investigation by FSA into a collective investment scheme together with the defence of a prosecution by the HSE of a construction company involved in a near fatal accident on a construction site.
• Representing the Department for Works and Pensions in respect of the Prosecution of benefit fraud.
