The Property Department has expertise in the sale and purchase of student accommodation properties, including HMOs, drafting tenancy agreements, short term summer tenancy agreements and guarantor agreements and also advising on marketing literature and accommodation brochures sent to students.

The Debt Recovery and Property Litigation team acts for a number of student accommodation providers and has expertise in the recovery of rent arrears from students and/or guarantors. We have expertise in dealing with and advising on problem tenants and all aspects of possession claims including: service of notices, issuing court proceedings and enforcement of possession orders.

The Commercial Litigation department has expertise in providing advice on health & safety issues such as fire regulations, civil liability issues, risk assessment, compliance and policy reviews and environmental compliance.
