The department draws upon the expertise of specialist lawyers who couple their knowledge with a sensitive approach to understanding and dealing with client difficulties in often traumatic periods of their life.

Services include wills, trust, probate and tax planning, covering issues such as intestacy and inheritance tax; family law, including acting in cases of separation, where difficulties of children, finances and property must be resolved.
