Funding

A ‘no win, no fee’ agreement means that you will not pay any solicitor’s costs whether you win or lose. We take the risk in that if you lose we will not get paid but if you win we will recover your costs directly from the opponents Insurers so you retain 100% of the damages. In light of the risk we add a percentage uplift, also known as a success fee, to your claim. The success fee is payable by the opponents Insurers in addition to our costs. We will provide you with a detailed explanation of the ‘no win, no fee’ agreement before proceeding with your claim.
