Mike Thompson
Mike Thompson is the Practice Manager at Denison Till
Mike joined the firm in 1993 and is responsible for Finance & Administration.
His portfolio covers not only finance, accounts, administration and IT, but importantly quality systems as well. Mike has been the driving force behind Denison Till's accreditation to both Lexcel and Investor In People and has consistently ensured that we have maintained and improved standards since our first accreditations in March 2000.
He instigated procedures and document management through our computerised case management system to ensure compliance, creating in-house auditing systems to maintain accreditation and to support and generate excellent client care. The system is under constant review for improvement and amendment.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Finance & Management, a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Accounts Managers, holds diplomas in Business Excellence and in Modern Business Management, and has been working in Legal Practices for over 40 years.
Under his lead, we are currently working towards a further Quality Standard, ISO 9001.
