Emma Major is the Head of the Debt Recovery Department within the Litigation Department
Emma joined the firm in 2001. She advises on a range of debt recovery matters and possession claims including:

- Recovering possession of property from residential tenants

She has spoken on various occasions at both debt recovery and property litigation seminars, which are widely attended by a variety of businesses and landlords from across the Yorkshire region.
