The network meets bi-monthly on the 2nd Monday of the month, at the York Marriott, Tadcaster Road or Hotel 53, Piccadilly (formerly Quality Hotel) from 4 pm to 6 pm. The price of £15+VAT includes welcome refreshments. If you book all 5 dates there is a special discounted price of £65+VAT.

The format of the event is:
