This legal update seminar provides an overview of both criminal and civil liability imposed upon employers and those responsible for the health & safety of employees or members of the public. The seminar will further update on the implementation of the Corporate Manslaughter & Corporate Homicide Act 2007.
The morning half-day seminar on Friday 27 June at Rudding Park, near Harrogate is aimed at anyone who has responsibility for their organisation’s health & safety policy including directors, managers, team leaders and health & safety officers. Ultimately all directors are potentially responsible for the health, safety and welfare of their employees.
