This Employment Law update in October 2008 provides an overview of issues affecting employer’s obligations towards a wide variety of workers, whether they are from overseas, working through an agency or working from home.With a guest speaker from the Home Office’s UK Border Agency, this half day seminar is intended to assist businesses in complying with their employment law obligations and minimise the risks of claims from employees or enforcement from legal authorities.
