Denison Till has developed a bespoke training programme entitled "An introduction to employment law" for HR managers, as well as other managers and team leaders who have responsibility for HR issues. This course has been presented in-house to larger commercial clients for over 10 years and for several years to individual delegates.
The purpose of the training is to raise the level of basic knowledge about employment issues amongst managers and team leaders, to identify the pitfalls and to encourage a greater understanding of the function and purpose of the HR team. The course is constantly reviewed to ensure that it is up to date and topical. It lasts for a full day and covers all the key areas of employment law. With relevant case studies, the course is designed to be interactive allowing for open discussion among delegates.
