fixed price review of Discipline & Grievance Procedures

The new ACAS Code of Practice in force from 6 April 2009 has important implications for the way employers deal with discipline and grievance matters. Employer’s internal procedures should be reviewed to ensure compliance with the new Code of Practice. Failure to follow the Code could lead to compensation for unfair dismissal claims to increase by up to 25%.

Denison Till is offering a service to review discipline and grievance procedures for employers to ensure that they comply with the rules set out in the new ACAS Code of Practice. The review is offered for a fixed fee of £100 plus VAT.
