The department has extensive experience of cross border disputes and international debt recovery.
The service includes the recovery of debts from overseas-based debtors; this will involve either issuing proceedings in the UK and enforcing overseas or issuing in the foreign courts the department regularly deals with the registering and enforcing of foreign judgement. As members of Geneva Group International (GGI), there is access to a network of law firms operating throughout the globe. The firm offers fluency in a number of European languages.
