Mark Hepworth is the Senior Partner and Head of the Family law department at Denison Till
Mark is accredited by Resolution (formerly the Solicitors' Family Law Association) as a specialist in court advocacy in financial proceedings and cohabitation disputes. He has considerable experience in dealing with a wide range of family law matters including:
- Property adjustment orders
- Family businesses
- Pension sharing orders
- Co-ownership
- Financial provision for children
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
Mark recently represented the successful appellant in the much publicised and ground-breaking case of Walkden in the Court of Appeal. The Legal 500 review of leading solicitors' practices have made special mention of him as a "well regarded matrimonial lawyer".
