Jonathan Cripwell is one of two partners in the Dispute Resolution department
Jonathan has over 20 years' experience in the High Court and County Court acting in both commercial and private client litigation. Jonathan also heads the firm's regulatory defence practice advising on corporate and individual compliance, risk management, investigation and prosecution by regulatory bodies
Jonathan acts for both Claimants and Defendants and advises on a broad range of issues including:
- Commercial contractual disputes
- Shareholder and Partnership dispute
- Contentious Trusts and Inheritance Claims
- Professional negligence
- Debt recovery and insolvency
- Regulatory compliance - Health & Safety/Environmental/Financial
He is also a regular speaker on contract law and at regulatory compliance seminars, which are widely attended by businesses and professional firms from across the Yorkshire region.
