Henry Beckwith

Henry Beckwith is the Head of the Private Client Department

Henry is a long standing member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He is also the Treasurer of the Yorkshire Law Society.

Henry advises on a broad range of subjects including:

  • Wills and succession planning
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Inheritance tax planning
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Trusts and tax related issues

Henry has contributed for seminars run by local associations and professional contacts. He also prepares a regular legal update on topical legal issues which is circulated to clients.
