Alistair Duncan is Managing Partner of Denison Till as well as Head of the firm's Corporate and Commercial department
Alistair advises on a wide range of corporate transactions including private equity investments, mergers, acquisitions and disposals, cross border transactions, corporate reconstructions, joint ventures, partnerships, share option schemes and pensions.
Alistair is well known in the corporate finance market in Yorkshire and Humberside having acted for a number of management teams in buyouts. He qualified in London and subsequently worked in the City and in Hong Kong, before joining Denison Till in 1984 and becoming a partner in 1985.
