Associate - Construction & Engineering
Julian trained as a Barrister being called to the Bar in 1999. Member of Lincoln’s Inn and a Member of the Employed Bar Association ("BACFI"). He specialises principally in Construction and Engineering (both nationally and internationally), both dispute resolution and non – contentious and also, in Intellectual Property ("IP") tailored towards the construction and engineering sector and Information technology ("IT"). Forms of dispute resolution that he undertakes includes adjudication, arbitration, litigation in the Technology & Construction Court ("TCC") and other specialist courts, and mediation. Advises on and drafts IT procurement contract for IT ventures for the installation, operation and maintenance of hardware.
He is also Secretary of the York Property Forum.
