Johanne Spittle

Johanne Spittle specialises in the resolution of commercial disputes both in the Courts and through other forms of dispute resolution including mediations and arbitrations. Johanne is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She is recognised for her broad range of commercial dispute experience including shareholder/partnership disputes and contentious intellectual property. Johanne has a particular specialism in property-related disputes including possession claims and landlord and tenant claims; she is a member of the Property Litigation Association and is on the regional committee of the Association of Women in Property.
