Andrew Lindsay
Head of Practice Development and a partner in the corporate department
Andrew advises on corporate transactions including acquisitions and sales of companies and businesses, prospectuses, venture capital, banking and general corporate work. Andrew is chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of the Central Science Laboratory which is an executive agency of DEFRA. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of CSL. Andrew is also a director of York & North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce and was, between September 2004 and September 2006, its President.
