Alex is extremely well known in the commercial arena where she lectures widely on contract, intellectual property and e-commerce law. She advises both public and private sector clients on a wide range of matters including commercial, intellectual property, information technology, software and e-commerce agreements.
For the third successive year, Alex will be speaking at Venturefest Yorkshire on "Preventing employees stealing your secrets". In 2006 she spoke on the legal aspects of protecting your ideas and in 2007 on intellectual property in the global market.
